By accessing and using the Lorelié website or booking services with any of our professionals, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Independent Businesses: All professionals at Lorelié operate independently. Each service provider sets their own rates, schedules, and policies. Lorelié is not responsible for individual business practices, cancellations, or services rendered.
Booking & Communication: All appointments are scheduled directly with individual professionals. Lorelié provides a platform for discovery, but does not manage or confirm bookings.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of any revised terms

If you are applying to lease a suite at Lorelié, additional terms apply:

Licensing & Compliance: Renters must maintain active state licensure, carry business insurance, and comply with all local health and safety regulations.
Independent Contractor Agreement: Renting a suite does not imply employment by Lorelié. All renters operate as independent business owners and are solely responsible for their operations and liabilities.
Suite Availability & Termination: Suite availability is limited and based on qualifications. Lorelié reserves the right to accept or deny applicants, and to terminate agreements if terms are violated.

Service Liability: Lorelié is not liable for any damages, dissatisfaction, or outcomes from services provided by independent professionals. Please communicate directly with your provider to resolve service-related concerns.
Cancellations/No Shows: Each professional has their own policies. Always confirm cancellation windows or fees directly with them.
Professional Conduct: We expect all renters, clients, and visitors to maintain respectful and professional conduct while on premises. Lorelié reserves the right to refuse access to anyone in violation of this standard.
