All services provided at Lorelié are performed by independent beauty professionals who manage their own pricing, scheduling, and refund policies.

If you have a concern or need to request a refund for a service, please contact your service provider directly using the contact info listed on their booking profile.
Lorelié does not process or issue refunds for services provided by independent professionals.
Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

Lorelié Gift Certificates (usable at any participating professional within our suites) are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

If your chosen provider is unavailable, the credit remains valid and may be used with another participating provider at Lorelié.

Expiration terms will be listed on your specific gift card or certificate.
Retail Products
Some professionals may offer products for sale. These are independently managed, and all sales or returns must be handled directly through the provider you purchased from.
Lorelié is not responsible for exchanges, returns, or defects related to third-party retail products sold by suite renters.
